1. The Contest:
Bette Midler Concert Ticket Giveaway.
Sweepstakes offers viewers the chance to win 4 tickets to Bette
Midler in concert, Dec. 27, 2003.
2. Prizes
Prizes will consist of: Grand Prize: 4 Tickets to Bette Midler in
concert. (value $ 280)
All prizes will be awarded. No substitutions will be made for any
prize except at the discretion of the Sponsor(s) who may substitute
prizes of equivalent value.
3. How to Enter.
Watch Newswatch 16 from 6:30 to 6:45 am., and look for the Bette
Midler puzzle question. Be the 16th caller to 1-877-2TELL16 with the
correct answer. Each winner will be required to execute a declaration
Sweepstakes open to residents of the United States and Canada except
void in Quebec and where prohibited by law. Employees (and their
immediate families and members of their household) of Sponsor(s) and
their respective subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and
promotion agencies are not eligible. Prizes to minors must be
accepted by parent or guardian.
5. Compliance with Lawof eligibility that winner has complied with
all the rules of all liability in connection with the prize trip
and/or if the prize is goods or services, the winner(s) release(s)
Sponsor(s) and all prize-supplier companies from all liability for
damages or personal injury in connection with the winner’s use of the
prize goods or services) and consent that the Sponsor(s) and anyone
it/they may authorize may without compensation use winner’s name,
photograph or other likeness, biographical information and statements
concerning the sweepstakes or the Sponsor(s) for purposes of
advertising and promotion. The declaration must be returned within
21 days of date of notification or an alternate winner will be
selected. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of
calls received. Taxes are the responsibility of winners. A list of
major prize winners will be available after Noon on Nov. 25th, 2003
and until Dec. 1st, 2003 by sending a stamped, self-addressed
envelope to WNEP-TV, 16 Montage Mt. Rd. Moosic, PA 18507.
4. Qualification
Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and
regulations apply.
