The “Higher Ground Hurricane Benefit Relief Concert” where Bette debuted “Is That All There Is?” is being released on CD tentatively on November 22, 2005. Supposedly a DVD is coming, too. Whether Ms. M’s performance will be included is up for debate at this time as there are no song listings or artists mentioned. I just thought I’d give everyone a heads up on it.
