Nicky Hilton, fashion designer Michael Kors, Bette Midler and actress Vivica A. Fox in the audience of Cher’s finale show at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on Saturday.
Those expecting to see Dolly Parton at Bette’s Spring Picnic, well, think again. Even though Ms. Parton is listed as an honorary co-chair, she will not be attending. So, no “Hello, Dolly”
People keep asking whether the Vegas show will be recorded on DVD. As said before, the official word is that the show will be recorded as a live CD only. As for me, my fingers are still crossed that we get both.
From what I gather she didn’t go backstage. I’ve asked about the recording date and have been told it’s not on the schedule as of yet….sorry that’s all I know…
I just want to know how Miss M’s camp want to enlarge her legacy not releasing DVDs of her concerts/ shows?! It seems it’s easier to find an Eartha Kitt concert DVD than Bette’s!
well, it’d be pretty expensive to put those out on DVD. paying for the music and getting lyric change rights and all – the publishers can really be bitches about it all.
and the laws in the US are much more favorable to the publishers than in the UK, which is probably why Diva Las Vegas was released here, and not in the US.
cher’s LAST show? did she not have a two year contract like bette does?
They meant just for this last round of concerts…

They MUST release “Showgirl” on DVD!!! I still can’t believe “Kiss My Brass” is not on DVD or “Diva Las Vegas”.
I know…I agree with you…
