Bette Midler wins Round 2. Federal appeals court upholds a $400,000 award the singer-actress won after suing the Young & Rubicam ad agency for using a sound-alike singer in a TV commercial. Judges upheld the lower court ruling that Ms.Midler has an exclusive right to her singing style.
