Video: Is Bette Midler Satanically Inspired? – Pastor Bob – Mister D: Or How BetteHeads Became Satanists LOL

Remember that song “God is watching from a distance?” by Bette Midler

From a distance the world looks blue and green
And the snow capped mountains white
From a distance the ocean meets the stream
And the eagle takes to flight
From a distance there is harmony
And it echoes through the land.

From a distance we all have enough
And no one is in need
And there are no guns, no bombs, and no disease
No hungry mouths to feed
From a distance we are instruments
Marching in a common band.

God is watching us
God is watching us
God is watching us from a distance.

From a distance you look like my friend
Even though we are at war
From a distance I just cannot comprehend
What all this fightings for.

What Bette Midler is saying is that God doesn’t see, He doesn’t feel, and that He doesn’t care for any of us at all.

Nothing could be father from the truth.

I Am a God at hand, saith the Lord, and not a God afar off? Jer 23:23a

God is right here, reach out your hand, He is right here.

He sees every look, and every movement.

He hears every thought and every whisper.

And God does care.

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Jer 29:11

An expected end, to escort you into Eternity, that is His greatest desire for you.

The truth is God wants the absolute very best for you. He thinks of you and smiles.

He created you unique, you are one of a kind, and you are very special.

The distance that Bette Midler was speaking of was the distance that she has placed between herself and God.

Her Famous statement “Men and Religion are worthless” says it all.

She wants no part of God.

However Bette Midler has a very serious problem?

On Judgment day the distance will close, she will be on her knees facing “The Creator of the universe.”

She will have to give an account and explain to God why she kept Him at a distance?

And she will be cast into a lake of fire and the distance between herself and God will be eternal, and there she will be forgotten forever.

How about you, are you keeping God at a distance?

  1. I was unable to watch most of this video clip because I have an appointment and I will watch it in its entirety later. But from what I did see…he absolutely has taken the lyrics of this song incorrectly! “From A Distance” is being used separately each time to describe the particular verbiage. So when she says “From a distance the earth looks blue and green” she is not saying anything about God she is saying in general from a distance that is how it looks to the naked eye. When the chorus says “God is watching us from a distance” she is not saying God can’t see us..she is using the same phrase in a completely different context. In other words, despite what everything looks like from a distance, God is also watching us and he sees everything as it is because it’s God so she is basically saying that God sees everything no mater how far the “distance” is does not matter God is all knowing. I also don’t remember her saying the quote about “religion and men…” Again, I plan on watching this absurd interpretation of these song lyrics in full as soon as possible.

  2. And as an added point, he knows good and well that is not how those lyrics are supposed to be construed. That would make no sense. The song is in no way expressing negativity about “God.” He twisted the words around on purpose to be an ass. Bette Midler is not going to Hell you idiot. He has some nerve making a ridiculous statement like that about Bette who is “greatness” herself! He’s just mad because it is technically a “secular” song that does not expect the listener to be singing it to “Jesus Christ.” I for one despise gospel music for that very reason!

  3. I just sent this message to the email address listed for Pastor Bob. It’s a little lengthy but I had to copy and paste it here so everyone sees it. I encourage other fans to also send him an email and to “read him for filth!” Here is the email:

Pastor Bob just because you are not a Bette Midler fan does not give you the right to claim you are playing God and sentencing her to HELL. You have been posted on the most popular Bette Midler fansite and you are being laughed at by everyone who sees the innately evil attack on this amazing superstar! No one can stop laughing at your rambling idiotic and completely absurd interpretation of the lyrics to “FROM A DISTANCE.”

You know good and well the lyrics are not meant to be construed the way you did. She is not saying anything bad about God she is saying he’s there…not right here in person but from a distance he is still all knowing and sees everything perfectly no matter what the distance.

I have been a life long fan of Bette Midler and she never ever was quoted as saying anything about “Men and Religion.” You are a blasphemous liar and you made that up!

You of course should also be aware that you are going straight to HELL when you die. You are casting judgment and that is the ultimate sin. God adores Bette’s angelic voice and her amazing spirit and soul. You on the other hand are not only telling lies, but you are attacking someone in the name of God only because I guess you are that big of a hater? Bette Midler has the best voice in the world and you my dear moron are going straight to the lake of fire!

By the way, Bette Midler herself is filing a lawsuit against you. Oh wait..I made that one up…I repent and Bette we will be together in paradise one day!

  4. Excellent!!! I purposely put the email there hoping some would write him. I’m sending it to Bette tomorrow cause she will get a kick out of it. I knew you’d be writing Kris.,One thing. I will be battling you in Heaven over which one of us is the Number One Fan! LOL

  5. And remember – most white evangelical voted for Trump in the 2016 election. I have a sneaking suspicion that the only reason this fraud released this piece of trash is Bette will not dance to the tune of his true “savior,” Donald Trump.

By the way – you may want to look at this CBS report they loaded on You Tube yesterday concerning the “worldview” those like this pastor wants you to surrender to, and difficulties people have in breaking away. It’s long, but worth viewing.

  6. The idea that God would condemn anyone forever, eternally, is absurd and insulting.
Like a parent banning their child to timeout forever.
Methinks the meaning and perhaps evenn the verse itself was usurped and rearranged by the natural born usurpers and re-arrangers.
