Tid-Bettes

Fun! Laughs! Good Times!

  • Warm fuzzies to all the Betteheads who stood out in the cold and rain today for those little Sony wristbands! I don’t know how you guys and gals do it…altho if I lived in New York, I’m sure I’d be right there along side you! But wow, ya’ll were really out there early! And they only let you in 2 at a time! Ouch!
  • Bette is at Number 2 on Amazon.com. If Rod Stewart were a gentleman, and we all know he is, then he would step down…like real soon! Maybe after Bette’s appearance on David Letterman tomorrow night! 🙂
  • It was fun seeing some people at the Today show that I either have met before or recognized from pics sent or just had a feeling I might know just from the vibes of emails. Saw Julia, think I saw Spencer, and I loved the ladies in the boas!!!! You were fun! LOL
  • I loved the whole show…I was very glad they kept it upbeat…good idea, since it looked like it was freezing. From some of the pics I got it looked like Miss M had been rehearsing when it was still dark outside…unbelievable! I couldn’t think about rising that early, much less practicing dance steps with Katie Couric! I know people had mixed feelings about Ms. Couric joining in, but I really, really liked it…I thought it was cute and added a certain flair to the occasion…they seemed like they were having fun (even though Katie seemed a tad nervous-but then I would be, too)…I don’t know…just a real cute, fun moment…
  • I missed out on I’m A Woman, but was able to catch that on-line. And I’ll get a copy eventually. Thanks to those who shared their experience with me and the rest of us. Looked like fun, laughs, good times! Did I get that right, Spence? LOL
  • Love, Mister D

PS: NO! I haven’t heard or seen the CD yet…I always torture myself and wait until I get home where I can listen and now watch (this new Dual Disc thingie) with no interruptions.

Good luck to all who are going to the signing…Remember to be courteous and kind to Ms. Midler and your fellow BetteHeads!….NO PUSHING!!!! 🙂
