Reminder: Spring Dates

I just wanted to remind everyone that these are the only Spring Dates I have for Miss M:

March 24 – April 5

Remember she played thru the month of January and I believe picked up some of Cher’s dates when she was sick.

If I find out more, I’ll definitely post about it…

  1. Hi Mister D

I’m an English Bettehead, desperate to make it out to Vegas to catch my idol – and I’m hoping for a double whammy by planning my trip to coincide with the Cher/Bette changeover in March.
Do you have any info about when tickets for the series beginning March 24th will go on sale? I’m planning on seeing Cher 20th or 21st March (her last night) and then Bette either 24th or slightly later.
Also any tips on where to stay and how to get an autograph whilst I’m there?
Loving your work here in the UK Mister D. Bette has been a huge part of my life since I was 14 (31 years now!) and your site keeps me connected with what she’s up to (although we were treated to a visit over here in England recently, as you know). She’s also hosting a Christmas day show here in the UK on BBC Radio 2 so my turkey will be late on the table this year!
    Peace & Love. Richard

  2. Hey Richard – Thanks for the compliment.

With ticket onsale dates I can’t help much. That’s decided on by Caesar’s and Ticketmaster. The safest Bette is to sign up for alerts for Bette Midler on the Ticketmaster site, Bette’s official site, and Caesar’s (if they have one) Also I’ll post and send out a notice as soon as I find out.

I’ve only been to Las Vegas once so I’m not an expert on where to stay. If you can afford Caesar’s I’d stay there. The Bellagio (sp) is also beautiful. You might check out the Best of Vegas (BOV)link I have listed below each post, too.

As far as an autograph…that’s hard. Someone else may be able to tell you. It seems she is not doing any meet and greets during this show. But there may be a place where you can hang out after the show to try and get one. However, I don’t know where the exit is. So maybe someone else can tell you.

The main thing…just go and enjoy the show

    Love, Mister D

  3. Richard…this comes from our Divine Jamie:

Hello Don. I have a few suggestions. I would recommend staying at either Bally’s or the Flamingo. They are both very reasonable and are literally right across the street from Caesar’s Palace there is no need for a taxi. All you do is walk across the bridge. i wish I knew a way to meet Bette. I’ve been 4 times and I always have my eye out for her but no luck:( And, I don’t know where she stops and gives autographs so no luck there. As far as shopping at the Bette store, I always do it either way before the show starts or way after the show ends because it’s such a tiny little place and it gets really crowded. And, get seated right when the doors open which I belive is 6:45. Don’t bring your camera because they will take it until the show is over. I also recommend eating dinner in Caesar’s at the forum shops just to make sure you’re in the area before showtime:) Hope this helps. Lemme know if I can be of any more assisstance.

    xoxo Jamie Lee
