From NYRP: NYRP’s Year-End Matching Challenge

Dear Don,

I thought you’d be interested to know the results of Bette’s Year-end Challenge. As I’m sure you know, Bette decided to challenge friends of NYRP to a “donation duel” again this year to raise money for our 2011 To-Do List.

Our goal was to raise $115,000 ”“ but there was such a strong response that we raised $163,882! We’re so thrilled ”“ once again the NYRP community has risen to the occasion and because of it, we’ll be able to chip away at our To-Do list and clean and green spaces in the city that desperately need our help.
