Christina Bianco is one of the greatest impressionists in the world right now, and she’s best known for her performances as various iconic divas from Celine Dion to Barbra Streisand.

To celebrate her upcoming UK tour, we invited Christina to play a game of ‘Diva Roulette’, where we tasked her to pick out 10 names of iconic divas from a hat (well, a Smooth mug), and then a random song choice from other famous singers ranging from George Michael to Neil Diamond.

Suffice to say, we were mightily impressed with her quickfire impressions, let alone the fact that she knew all the words to the songs we chose.

Highlights include Dolly Parton taking on Britney Spears’ ‘Toxic’, Britney singing ‘Stayin’ Alive’ by the Bee Gees and Shirley Bassey taking on ‘Sweet Caroline’.

Having performed in front of TV audiences around the world on shows such as The Ellen DeGeneres ShowThe Today Show, The Paul O’Grady Show, This Morning and The Imitation Game, Christina now takes her hit show Christina Bianco: First Impressions on a UK tour from September 1 to October 26.

Her show sees her taking on iconic divas including Celine Dion, Adele, Cher, Liza Minelli, Bette Midler, Shirley Bassey, Julie Andrews, Edith Piaf, and Barbra Streisand.

Christina will also bring her show to this year’s Edinburgh Festival Fringe in August and will star in a stage production of Funny Girl in Paris from November.

  1. That was a lot of fun. Although I didn’t think her impersonation/impression of Bette was the best, it certainly seemed that she liked Bette the best! (of course!!) I thought she was more spot-on with Barbra, Celine, Liza, and Dolly. If she does this again, I’d love to hear her do Aretha. She’s quite a talent. Thank you for sharing.
