Bette Midler Highlights Surprising Ivanka Trump, Harp Similarities

Actress and singer Bette Midler called out the eerie similarities between Ivanka Trump and Natalie Harp in a side-by-side comparison picture.

The Hocus Pocus star, who frequently posts political memes and commentary on social media, seemed to weigh in on the comparisons between President Donald Trump’s eldest daughter and his blonde “human printer” aide.

While Harp has seemingly been at the center of attention lately due to her professional relationship with Trump, she has also drawn comparisons to Ivanka for her style and overall appearance. It comes after Natalie Harp smiled as Donald Trump bragged about himself on Fox News.

Midler seemed to have reposted a side-by-side image of Ivanka, 44, and Harp, 35, on her Instagram over the weekend, with the message Just Saying over the image.

Meme showing two side-by-side women with the text "JUST SAYIN'" at the top and labels "Ivanka" and "Natalie" beneath each image, both wearing white dresses with blonde hair.

While Midler didn’t add any commentary herself, leaving the caption blank, she didn’t seem to need to, as Harp has turned heads in the past on social media for almost being mistaken for Ivanka when accompanying the president.

The actress did like a few comments from her followers, including one which read, “Mango Mussolini definitely has a type.”

“The Internet is merciless,” Midler commented below the image.

She liked another comment, which read, “Definitely but that doesn’t mean the internet is wrong either.”

Other comments under Midler’s post included, “It’s Temu Ivanka.”

“Never really paid attention before. They look like twins!!!!!” another user commented.

“That’s just creepy,” wrote someone else.

Others pointed out that the image of Ivanka in the comparison post appeared to have been slightly altered or manipulated.

Harp is Trump’s executive assistant, who reportedly earned the nickname “human printer” for following Trump around with a portable printer to print news stories and hard copies of social media drafts.

She has been dominating the headlines in recent weeks after she was chosen as one of the few aides to join the president on his secret plane swap as he left the NATO Summit in Turkey last month.

Democratic Senator Jon Ossoff then accused Trump of wanting to “build his ballroom and travel with Natalie” rather than do his job, which sparked further scrutiny about her role in the White House.

Harp first entered the public spotlight when she thanked Trump for backing the Right to Try law in a 2019 Fox & Friends appearance. She credited the Trump-backed legislation, saying it allowed her access to experimental medication for bone cancer.

Harp went on to give a speech at the 2019 Faith and Freedom Coalition conference and the 2020 Republican National Convention to credit Trump once again for what she described as life-saving treatment for her stage 2 bone cancer. She later became a far-right anchor at One America News Network before joining the Trump administration in the lead-up to the 2024 campaign.

Over the years, Harp’s appearance has altered slightly. In 2019, her hair appeared darker, and she seemed to wear minimal makeup, whereas now her hair is noticeably blonder and she wears heavier makeup.

Harp’s styling also now reflects the fashion of other prominent women in Trump’s orbit, such as Ivanka.
