Bridezillas (6/7, 9/8c, WE tv)
It’s not the crazy brides who scare us. It’s the men who are still willing to pledge till death to these raving lunatics. Case in point: One groom praises his bride-to-be for coldcocking an innocent bystander at their pre-wedding party. Yikes!

The Next Food Network Star (6/7, 9/8c, Food Network)

Day 1 for 10 finalists begins with a catering job for the network’s culinary superstars. One happy homemaker finds her footing, but–warning!–not every experienced chef can stand the heat in this kitchen.

Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List (6/8, 10/9c, Bravo)
It’s “10 episodes of off-the-wall ridiculousness,” says Kathy Griffin, who hits the road soliciting advice from everyone, including Bette Midler, Salman Rushdie and Paris Hilton. “The best advice was a plea for me to completely change,” she says. “I’m on it. I think.”

Top Chef Masters (6/10, 10/9c, Bravo)

The tables turn when 24 of the world’s most celebrated cuisinières battle for the title and $100,000 for their charities. Week 1 proves the chefs’ dessert dishes are no match for the palates of four Girl Scouts who are more biting than Tom Colicchio.

Wedding Day (6/16, 8/7c, TNT)
As sweet as buttercream on a five-tiered cake, this show helps deserving couples get their dream day by sending in wedding-planning experts to ensure the nuptials go off without a hitch.

NYC Prep (6/23, 10/9c, Bravo)
It ain’t easy being a young socialite in this series, which shadows six affluent Manhattan teens and their well-connected families. Privilege has its price, and not all the trainers, stylists and advisers in the Big Apple can buy these kids some peace of mind.

The Superstars (6/23, 8/7c, ABC)
A millennial spin on the classic Wide World of Sports, The Superstars pits eight teams, each featuring an athlete and a celebrity, against one another in wacky sporting events. “A lot of times I don’t understand what we’re doing!” says WNBA hoops pro Lisa Leslie. “I’m quite the goof on the show.”

Dance Your A** Off (6/29, 10/9c, Oxygen)
Take dieting and add dancing. That’s the weight-loss plan for the 12 overweight competitors who pledge to “get down, get down!” on this 10-episode series. Marisa Jaret Winokur hosts weekly performances judged by an expert panel. One dancer’s high-heeled steppin’ to Tina Turner’s “Proud Mary” number might even have the R&B queen cheering.

Big Brother 11 (July, CBS)
Thirteen strangers spend a three-month sentence in the big house. Expectant mom Julie Chen returns as host.

Blonde Charity Mafia (7/7, 9/8c, The CW)
It’s not Democrats or Republicans, but the twentysomething alpha girls of Blonde Charity Mafia who run the D.C. social scene. Maven Katherine Kennedy and her crew aren’t about club and bar hopping, but philanthropic events that bring out Congresspeople and Hill staffers. Says Kennedy: “It’s about what happens when friends work together, and the drama that happens when people get ready for a night out.”

I Survived a Japanese Game Show (7/8, 9/8c, ABC )
Season 2 sends 12 more American contestants to Japan to compete in you’ve-got-to-be-kidding challenges for $250,000. Let the hilarity ensue. Bonzai!

Hell’s Kitchen (7/21, 8/7c, Fox)
In his sixth season, Gordon Ramsay turns up the burner with the most talented (and vocal) crop of chefs, the most trips to the hospitals and the fieriest confrontation when a contestant, out of nowhere, challenges the famously angry chef to a fistfight. Is he bleeping crazy?

More to Love, (7/28, 9/8c, Fox)
Think The Bachelor only with a plus-size single guy romancing a group of single, full-figured gals hoping to find love. “We don’t want this to be poking fun at anybody,” says executive producer Mike Fleiss. “Most of this country is a little overweight, and you don’t have to be stigmatized by the fact that you like to go to a Taco Bell every now and again.”

DietTribe (Late summer, Lifetime)
Sisters Stephanie and Tiffany and their friends Mary, Rita and LeNessa vow to shed up to 50 pounds and complete a triathalon in the calorie-counting show’s second season. Psychotherapist Stacy Kaiser and hunkalicious trainer Jesse Pavelka are back to whip the women into shape.
