Mister D: Hate to do this, but I’m making a major transition in my life and I need to step away for a few weeks from Bette Midler: Bootleg Betty. I think it’s kind of slow now, but I’ll be back before the start of Coastal Elites.
I’m moving from the Nashville, TN area back to my hometown which is in the Pensacola, Florida area, so I have a lot to do. The good news is that my house already sold and I’ve already bought a place in Florida. Now it’s just packing, hauling, and unpacking.
If I find some spare time, I’ll look to see if something major happens and try to get it up, but there’s plenty of great fan sites out there for you to get info from

Yay! Florida needs more good Democrats!!! I have followed your site since the beginning and I consider myself the biggest Bette fan for almost 50 years (since I first saw her in concert when I was 13 in 1973).
I live here in Florida (from N.Y.) for almost 30 years-I live in St. Pete on the west coast with my partner Michael and it is awesome here.
Maybe we can meet up or chat on the phone when you are settled in and talk Bette. We have emailed a couple of times over the years.
You do an Amazing job and I know this site has been a lot of work and as a huge Bette fan for so many years I thank you for All your time and devotion!
