The cast of the Halloween cult classic “Hocus Pocus,” including Bette Midler, is reuniting to raise awareness of the New York Restoration Project, an organization that creates public outdoor spaces. “There will definitely be music” in the reunion, Midler tells TODAY’s Jenna Bush Hager.
