Since her days on Sex and the City, Sarah has wanted her Hocus Pocus costar and fellow New Yorker, Bette Midler, to appear on her series, but it never happened.
They had so much fun filming their hit sequel Hocus Pocus 2, that Bette agreed to appear on the SATC spin-off, And Just Like That.
The details are still being worked out, but the current plan is for Bette to play herself and plug her pet project, the New York Restoration Fund, the project Bette started over 25 years ago to save NYC’s parks and green space.
The working script has Sarah’s character, Carrie Bradshaw, volunteer at the charity and clash with Bette.
