There are fans… and then there are FANS!
ABC7 editor Cheryl Diano is an avid fan of Bette Midler, so much so that she has a tattoo of the Sanderson Sisters from “Hocus Pocus” on her forearm.
During a recent press interview, Diano showed Midler her inked tribute. Midler saw the tattoo and gasped, “No. Oh my goodness. You really committed to me.”
Diano explained that she’s a lifelong Bette Midler fan. She says the exchange with Midler was “one of the highlights of my life.” She then joked, “I will die happy.”
You can catch Bette Midler in “Hocus Pocus” and “Hocus Pocus 2” streaming right now on Disney+. The movies will also air on Sunday, October 20, and Sunday, October 27, as part of ABC’s “The Wonderful World of Disney.”
Disney is the parent company of “On The Red Carpet” and this ABC television station.
That tattoo is awful.
LOL me neither! But what do I know
I do not like that tattoo at all.
LOL LOL
I definitely wouldn’t choose the Sanderson sisters to honor Bette on my body LOL and I have 8 tattoos.
I have a rose on my ankle, my first tattoo ever when I was 19, bc of Bette. I almost had her name on it, but I decided not too LOL
I’ve been trying to find the right artist to get a tattoo from one of those Amsel artwork that I love from her earlier years. I think I found a great girl that made my last two tattoos last month, so stay tuned…LOL. But I def will get one of those before I die (or before Bette does LOL)
ya’ll be nice lol
She was laughing and having such a good time
