The family of entertainer and philanthropist Bette Midler, through a trust linked to her husband Martin von Haselberg, purchased a Flatiron District co-op in New York City. This transaction occurred recently, with the three-bedroom unit sold by developer Nathan Bruckner and his wife Catherine Gertner for approximately $6.4 million, according to transfer tax records from March 2025. Bruckner is known for his work in downtown office-to-residential conversions, particularly in the Flatiron and Financial District areas.
