Mister D: I’ve just been informed that Bette will present an award to Tipper Gore for Al Gore’s documentary on global warming, “An Inconvenient Truth.” Tipper Gore is accepting the award for her husband at the “The National Board Of Review (click here to see other winners)” awards ceremony tonight.
Be on the lookout for coverage online,the news, and on those celeb mag shows. I’ll be putting up links to the book and DVD in the Bette Midler Store under non-related stuff, if you’d like to learn more about global warming. (Click Here)
Also on January 31st, Bette will be entertaining for a benefit in San Franscisco for the UCSF Comprehensive Cancer Center. (UCSF – University of California San Francisco.)
