A flower-powered Rosie O’Donnell (left) and pal Bette Midler had a hula-va good time letting their fingers do the talking at the singer’ s sixth annual Hulaween gala in New York City. The Hawaiian-inspired benefit raised $1.5 million for Midler’s New York Restoration Project, which restores and develops community gardens in the city.
