Filming started Thursday for Frank Oz’s comedic remake of “The Stepford
Wives” in New York and Connecticut with Nicole Kidman, Matthew Broderick,
Bette Midler, Christopher Walken and Faith Hill.
For release next year, it’s based on the 1975 sci-fi thriller with Katharine Ross all about when men were men and women were lovely circuit breakers.
