Sacramento County Sheriff Lou Blanas may learn there’s a downside to becoming known as a real estate muse. Bette Midler opened her act at Arco Arena last week by noting Louie was busy “studying for his real estate exam.” The reference proved Bette – or one of her gag writers – has been paying attention to Louie’s flourishing second career. The sheriff is moonlighting on behalf of pal Angelo Tsakopoulos, who wants to turn farmland into big profits and maybe a new basketball arena for the Kings. …
