Mister D: I’ve always had an affinity for female impersonators, especially the ones who take on Bette Midler, of course. I received this from Leigh Shannon and thought it was an awesome promo. This kind of work is really, REALLY hard,….(I did Bette one night and was exhausted, but all the other impersonators dressed me and made me up…and I was fabulous I must admit. But there was no way I could do what they did on a regular basis), but Ms. Shannon makes it look so easy. And take a gander at the outfits…my, my, my….anyway, I enjoyed this. I found this clip highly entertaining and could see the hard work behind it.

Hi, This is a promo video of Leigh Shannon as the many looks of the one and only Bette Midler. The segments were taken from the shows featured at the Hennagar Center in Melbourne. We sold out two years in a row. Many of my stars featured the super star celebrity look alikes Eddie Fiields (April Summers) as Patti LaBelle and Aretha Franklin. And Elgin Kenna as Cher!
