Wikipedia claims that Bette Midler will be touring the UK this summer (June 2010) with a show called the “The Showgirl Must Go On” or “The Best of Bette.” Now we know how reliable Wiki has been in the past….and I mean, not very. The dates they have up are:

June 11, 2010 Liverpool
June 2010 Manchester
June 2010 Sheffield
June 2010 O2 Arena
June 2010 Wembley.
I’m not saying this isn’t happening, but I can’t get confirmation til everybody gets back from vacation. So don’t get all too excited….

I pray this is true, and to be honest I have seen it coming, it was going to happen sooner or later. However I cannot see her playing Wembley Arena and the O2 Arena, two different arena’s in one city does not make sense.
I live in the Uk and went to Las Vegas October 2009 and saw Bette twice BRILLIANT BRILLIANT BRILLIANT! Been a fan for 30 years and couldnt wait to see her.It was well worth the wait.
