”¢ Actress Joan Collins and husband Percy Gibson flew in on a private Warner Bros. jet to catch Bette Midler’s farewell weekend shows. They had dinner at Wolfgang Puck’s Spago in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace after a shopping spree. The Spago kitchen that catered Bette’s private reception served Joan her very own titled “rich and famous” pizza of caviar and smoked salmon!
