GETTING HIGH Here’s something we can get excited about: a new book coming up dedicated to New York’s best and most interesting rooftop spaces. The Post has a peak into “Up on the Roof: New York’s Hidden Skyline Spaces” by Alex S. Maclean, and there are some really envy inducing spots out there. We’re not going to get into all of them, but there’s Bette Midler’s 3,100 square foot rooftop space which looks pretty stunning.
