Bette Midler is putting her money where her mouth is. She in pledging to match any donation made to her New York Restoration Project which helps improve neglected community gardens throughout the city. She wrote on Twitter “I am matching dollar for dollar every donation (made to) NYRP. Good for your taxes, good for world! Let’s clean up the planet in 2012 please!! Shake those piggy banks; every cent means a cleaner planet.”
