It’s amazing how many projects have been attributed to Bette, that never materialized……I can’t keep track! I know sometimes a filmmaker will attach a certain star to a film to help attract funding, especially when the star is at the height of his/her career. Too bad this one didn’t happen. Bette and Dolly are great together–this one would have been fun! (Oh, Misery).
