Mark your calendars for Hulaween, NYRP’s annual Halloween benefit and one of New York City’s signature events of the fall season, to be held at the Waldorf-Astoria. Join NYRP Founder Bette Midler, special musical guest Sheryl Crow, our auctioneer, the inimitable Susie Essman, and special guest Mayor Michael Bloomberg for what promises to be a fabulous event.

Wear your best costume for the contest judged by fashion designer Michael Kors.

The fun continues with the after-party hosted by the Buds, NYRP’s Junior Committee. Co-chairing the event are Glenn Close and David Shaw, Damon Dash and Rachel Roy, Kathy and Tom Freston, Michael Kors, Sarah E. Nash and Michael S. Sylvester, T.R. Pescod and Tim O’Brien, Daryl and Steven Roth, Ann Ziff, and Junior Committee Co-Chairs Tracy Myers, Alex Thain, Sophie von Haselberg, and Sally Wolf.

To purchase tickets to Hulaween 2007, please call Buckley Hall Events at (212) 573-6933, or Click here to download the response form.

Hulaween Costume Shopping

Avoid the crowds and do your Hulaween costume shopping at our private after-hours event on Monday, October 1, at Halloween Adventure, 104 Fourth Avenue. Halloween Adventure will offer a 10% discount during the Halloween season to all customers who mention New York Restoration Project.

To RSVP, please contact Kristin Dougherty at (212) 333-2552 or email at kdougherty@nyrp.org.

  1. Who says lightening doesn’t strike twice! Sophie is just as stunning as her Mother.

Bette sure was right when she said in the opening dialog of “Diva Las Vegas”, “Time flies when your on Prozac!” Sophie sure has grown since the girl I saw on stage at the MGM Grand with the Ukulele Lady Ensemble. Bette & Martin must be proud.
