A gigantic MWAAAH to all of you for coming through for our kids!
We have exceeded our Stages for Success fund raising goal of $50,000.00 – we’re currently at $63,000 and counting! Because of your generosity, our Far Rockaway project will be ready in time for the start of the 2014-2015 school year. Hundreds of kids and the surrounding community will now have a newly renovated performance space where they can sing out and discover the joy of theater.
I’ll be posting pictures of the finished project soon, and I can’t wait to say a personal “Aloha!” to our top “Stages for Success” fundraiser at this year’s Hulaween bash. In the meantime, I’ll be packing up those books, records and ukuleles for our other prizewinners.
