Let the good times roll and be a lifesaver this summer by giving blood at the 22nd Annual Rock ‘N Roll Up Your Sleeve Blood Drive with The Red Cross.
One pint of blood can save up to three lives, so together, we can make a difference for more than a thousand patients in just one day. The Red Cross has set the goal for this year at 350 pints.
Blood donations can become very low in the summer and all blood types are needed.You can make an appointment by calling 1-800-REDCROSS or by visiting redcrossblood.org. Walk-ins are also welcome.
Donate blood and receive a limited edition t-shirt and special refreshments while supplies last. KGOR will also be giving away tickets to Bette Midler‘s Friday night concert. All donors who come out to the drive before 1 pm are eligible for the concert ticket drawing.
The blood drive is Friday, June 5th at the Mid-America Center and the Red Cross Heartland Chapter from 6:30am to 6:30pm.
