Bette Midler looks to take on one of Julie Andrews‘ most famous roles, “My Fair Lady.” Except there’s a new twist. The Divine Miss M wants to star in a movie called, “My Fair Larry.” In this new version, Bette will play a modern, man-hating version of the Henry Higgins role. She’ll be a fashionable tycoon who makes a bet that she can transform her blue-collar janitor into the ultimate gentleman. Of course, she succeeds and falls in love with the guy.
