Last time I was in New York City, I took in a performance of the wild, wacky and fabulously over-the-top Bette Midler-produced Broadway musical Priscilla: Queen of the Desert. Tickets ain’t cheap. But no worries, TV fans. I’ve just learned that the cast – led by recent Tony Awards nominee Will Swenson – will perform a medley of the show’s hit numbers on America’s Got Talent’s first results show on Wednesday, July 13.

Among the numbers we’ll hear: “Finally,” “Shake Your Groove Thing,” and “MacArthur Park.” And it should be fun to see Piers Morgan’s reaction to the Tony-winning costumes designed by Tim Chappel and Lizzy Gardiner.

Set your DVRs. This will be a fun one!
