I was in El Lay for the premiere of Cher’s And Xtina’s movie “Burleqsque” when I got a call from “The Graham Norton Show” wanting some silly paraphanalia for guest Bette Midler to riff with on the show, so I called my friend Barry in Nashville to go through my boxes and find anything Bette-related. They were particularly interested in my Delores DeLago and Divine Madness dolls, along with my 30 year old “The Rose” Beach Blanket! Well that part of the show got dumped, much to the dismay of my jealous haters, but I finally found a photo of her holding my Delores Doll still in it’s box…..I loved it!
