  1. I was there at 14 years old. The Erlanger Theater. You just threw me into a tailspin. : ) Lionel Hampton performed too. I’m glad it was worked out by the night I went. I didn’t even know about it then. Or who Lionel Hampton was really. lol. I still have some pictures I took that night with a kodak camera. You know, the ones with magic cubes. Your site is the best. Bill

    1. Clams was my first show to see, but it was when it hit New York. I didn’t even know they previewed it in Philly until I started doing this researchA….how cool for you! And yes, i remember the magic cubes…lol Thanks for the compliment! xx

  2. You lucky dogs!! I was WAY too young in 1975…I wish I were as old as you, I could have been somebody!! Someone who was OLD enough to see this show – LOL!!!!
    You lucky dogs 😉

  3. How I wish I could have seen this show. I was too young and sadly did not know who Bette was. Wish I had known her music then, life would have been easier. I’ve always loved everything I’ve read, seen and heard about it. A great set list & to have heard the great Phoebe Snow’s ” I Don’t Want The Night To End” sung live by Bette, that’s one I’ve never heard. “Shiver Me Timbers” & “Hello In There” together in one concert is my idea of Heaven.
