Hello, Dolly!  is about a meddlesome matchmaker who brings together the young clerk of a wealthy Yonkers merchant and his assistant with a widowed milliner and her assistant, while making sure she herself gets to marry the merchant, in Jerry Herman and Michael Stewart’s musical adaptation of Thornton Wilder’s The Matchmaker.

Bette Midler, the megastar who took home a 2017 Tony Award for her turn in the title role of Hello, Dolly!, will be joined by her Tony-nominated leading man David Hyde Pierce. Winner of four Tony Awards including Best Musical Revival, director Jerry Zaks’ triumphant production is “classic Broadway at its best” (Entertainment Weekly). “They just don’t make ‘em like this anymore,” raves Variety, “and we all know it.” Don’t miss this Broadway legend, back where she belongs in “a musical comedy dream” (Rolling Stone).

Michael Hartung is part of the ensemble and also understudies lead Barnaby Tucker. He has also been seen regionally at the Goodspeed Musicals, Barrington Stage Company, Theatre Under the Stars, The Muny, Gateway Playhouse, Music Theatre Wichita.
