Willis Avenue community garden reopens in Mott Haven. Thanks Miss M

The Willis Avenue community garden in Mott Haven was officially reopened Thursday after months of renovations.

The site was transformed with the help of New York Restoration Project, the nonprofit founded by actress and singer Bette Midler, who attended the reopening.
