Mister D: I just found out that Bette’s new CD will be entitiled, “Cool Yule.” So far, the songs that will be on the CD are the Johnny Mathis duet (“Winter Wonderland/Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow.”), “White Christmas,” and “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas.”
I’m going to take a wild guess here and say that another song will probably be the title of the CD, “Cool Yule,” written by Steve Allen and first performed by Louis Armstrong. I listened to Mr. Armstrong’s recording and it seems like a perfect match for Ms. Midler.
If I’m wrong, Bush is an idiot. If I’m right, Bush is an idiot. Some things never change. So glad people are waking up…FINALLY…to his bogus, corrupt administration. All this crap about discharging gay men from the military and then using a backdoor draft (not a pun…how ironic) and hauling out one pro-Bush Katrina victim for a glorified photo-op…..lame-o! Who falls for this kind of crap???? We’ve got 2 more years of this lame duck president and his coalition of queefs…we all need to pray to something that they don’t do any more damage than they’ve already done.
