Bootleg Betty will be back up to full throttle by the weekend. I have come up with a schedule that will work for me…I was trying to work on too many projects at once…so focus, focus, focus…
I also discovered something I had not taken advantage of: SLEEP!!!! I found it does wonders for mood…
As for the war in Iraq…I read and read and read, and I have watched and watched and watched…but I can’t make that my whole life….in some way I’ll have to figure out an outlet for my feelings….maybe it will come in the form of writing on a different page or maybe it will come out in song…whatver form it takes, with me, it will be in a creative vein. I found that I need this diversion, as well as other things, or else I would just be depressed. And I won’t have that!
I’ll start the news bit section today…music I wouldnt expect until Sunday…I will be taking my time until then. I realized I have published consistently almost daily for six months…so a bit of interruption isn’t going to hurt anyone:-)
I will be starting a new music jukebox that focuses on some of the songwriters and their versions of songs Bette has covered….and for fun, sometimes I will throw in other singers doing songs that we associate with Bette, i.e., Kiki Dee’s version of “Stay With Me”….yada yada
