Okay, now that I have your attention, I wanted to remind everyone that The Golden Globes are on tonight, but Ms. M is not nominated, but she has had a long history of being nominated and she even won a few.

Robin Williams will be honored with the Cecil B. DeMille Award at the 62nd annual Golden Globes

Robin Williams, an 11-time Golden Globe Award nominee and five-time winner, has been chosen to receive the Hollywood Foreign Press Association’s highest honor, the Cecil B. DeMille Award for outstanding contribution to entertainment.

The award, voted by the board of directors of the HFPA, will be presented to Williams at the 62nd Annual Golden Globe Awards, to be held Sunday, January 16, 2005, and telecast live on NBC (8-11 pm EST). One of the most glamorous nights on the Hollywood calendar, the Golden Globes will take place in the International Ballroom of the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
