Interview Clips

Mister D: In one of these interview clips, Bette mentions working with Amanda Marmot on developing a movie…a remake of an English movie, entitled, “Still Crazy,” about a rock and roll group that attempts a comeback after 20 years…yes, it’s a comedy and I guess you could throw satire in there as well.

I would love to see Miss M tackle this…there’d be singing, acting, and rock and roll…crossing my fingers on this one…the originial was also up for a Golden Globe ,I believe, in 1998 for Best Musical, Comdey, or whatever else they throw in that category.

Saw the movie and remember finding it charming, so I think I’ll rent it again. Let’s hope this doesn’t end up in “development hell.”

Ms. Marmot was the producer of the original movie, also….

In the original movie it was an all male band…anyway, this sounds promising…
