Mister D: Aardie and Simon both wrote in to shed a little light on what Ms. Toni Basil had to say on the Aussie show “Where Are They Now?”.
When Ms. Basil was asked what her next project would be she said that she was going to be working on new choreography with Bette so that songs from “The Peggy Lee Songbook” can be incorporated in her show, presumeably KMB, for tour. She invited Kochie, one of the hosts, to come and see it in the U.S.
Looks like Bette wants to hit that 100 mark. Let’s just hope while she’s at it someone films the damn thing for DVD. We’ve waited much too long.
