  1. There are two songs that I just couldn’t get out of my head after hearing:

    Kristina Train’s ‘Dream of Me’

    and

    Bo Bruce’s ‘Save Me’

Both would be worthy of Bette’s interpretations. Very intoxicating.

‘Save Me’ is about a woman who watched her mother slowly die for 6 months, and ‘Dream of Me’ has kind of a floating/airy Roy Orbison vibe to it, that’s also reminiscent of Chris Isaak’s “Wicked Games”. Both different contemporary songs, but would be most unique for Bette.

  2. I like to hear her do, Love letter Or anything off Clairy Browne CD baby Caught the bus, This a Great CD love it. Ross

  3. ‘The Performance’ by Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe, from Dame Shirley Bassey’s albu, of the same name (which is a rare work of art itself)…the song needs to be sung by an artiste of some years – and its power is in the singer’s ability to hold back and slide through it: it was made for Bette. Here’s hoping!
