WOW…There are seriously no words to describe this phenominon! It all began with Miss Jane, if it wasn’t for her, I probably wouldn’t have been there and had such great seats!! You know there is seeing Bette, and then there is SEEING Bette!!! You all know what happened in the performance, so I won’t go into detail!! I had a FABU dinner with Miss Jane at an Italian restaurant at New York New York, then we went over to the MGM and enjoyed ourself with a stroll across the world. Seemed like it took forever to get to the Grande Garden Arena. But when we got there, it was well worth it.
It was the anticipation that was killing me the most. Just sitting there, knowing at anytime, she would pop out, and I would finally see what I had been waiting for for months…The Divine Miss M. Miss Jane had some cool people sitting beside her. The people sitting next to me, weren’t really into Bette, not true devoted fans like me! They couldn’t believe the ending to the show which really pissed Miss Jane and I off. HOW COULD YOU NOT LIKE BETTE’S ENDING????? The jokes were some for us in Vegas, but really, everyone could understand! What people don’t know about Vegas, it’s all about sex, yet people bring their families here.
The lights went out, and here she came. I had a grin from ear to ear, probably beyond!! I still can’t fathom that I went to see HER! Everything was amazing and took my breath away. I could hardly breathe. For every song I held my breath, I thought I would pass out!! From the jokes, to the songs, and the outfits, Miss M was AMAZING!! The acoustics at the MGM were good, though the horns were loud. I could not help but laugh and shout, even had a tear or two, nothing unusual eh!? I don’t know what else to say, seriously, there are no words to express what went on!!
Thank you Miss Jane for a wonderful night, I will never forget it!!!
