Available in anamorphic widescreen and fullscreen editions, extras will include an audio commentary with director Frank Oz, thirteen deleted scenes introduced by Oz, five featurettes (Stepford: A Definition, Stepford: The Architects, Stepford: The Builders, The Stepford Wives and The Stepford Husbands), a gag reel and two trailers.
