Macaire writes in to tell us all that there is a little blurb about Bette in the latest New York magazine…maybe it’s the New Yorker, I’m not sure.
Anyway there is an article about the demise of the Ansonia hotel, which also used to be known as the Continental Baths where Bette got her start. Of course, all you BetteHeads knew that!
