Actor Owen Wilson was spotted at Joe T. Garcia’s last weekend. His brother, Luke Wilson, who is often with him, was nowhere in sight. . . Joe T.’s is one of Cowtown’s favorite places to see and be seen. Recently its salsa was featured on the Food Network.
