Manray (514 E. Pine St.) is hosting a pre-release party for The Stepford Wives on Thursday, June 3 with a divalicious appearance by the one, the only, Gaysha Starr. She’ll be giving away movie passes and other free goodies all night long, or while they last. And if you haven’t yet seen the movie trailer for \i The Stepford Wives , Manray has a copy of it that they’ll be showing at various times throughout the party. Plus, you can throw back as many $5 Absolut doubles as you’re able to, until you hear “last call.” The bar has plenty of drinks that are juicy and stiff, so whatever cocktail you fancy will pretty much taste good going down.
Grab a friend, or two or three, or come by yourself and meet somebody new, to Manray this Thursday for a fun night out. Things will get underway around 9:00. Thursdays are typically very busy at Manray, so it wouldn’t hurt to arrive early and find a cool spot to check out the clientele. The Stepford Wives is rated PG-13 for sexual content, thematic material and language. Enjoy the party at Manray, we’ll see you there!
