BETTE Midler, Brad Pitt and Elton John (all friends of Sting and Trudie Styler) have all con tributed quotes for the 2005 Rainforest Foundation Calendar, which features the art of Hunt Slonem (courtesy of Marlborough Gallery). The artist will be on hand to sign a limited series of books and calendars Thursday at Space Downtown, a hip new design atelier on West 25th Street. Other notable quotes are from Antonio Banderas and wife Melanie Griffith, Tom Hanks and Robin Williams.
