Andrea McArdle to Premiere New Show at Joe’s Pub

Andrea McArdle, best known for her Tony-nominated performance in the title role of the original Broadway production of Annie, will premiere a new concert/cabaret act at Joe’s Pub in March.On March 13, McArdle will present So Far, a new act directed by Richard Jay-Alexander (Bette Midler’s “Kiss My Brass”). In addition to several of her signature tunes, McArdle will also perform material by Stephen Sondheim and other theatre composers. Show time is 9:30 PM.
Andrea McArdle made her Broadway debut in the original 1977 production of Annie for which she received a Tony nomination for Best Actress in a Musical. Her other Main Stem credits include Les Misérables, Starlight Express, Beauty and the Beast and State Fair. McArdle recently played Momma Rose in a production of Gypsy at Texas’ Bay Area Houston Ballet & Theatre.
Joe’s Pub is located within the Public Theater at 425 Lafayette Avenue.
