The Chocolate Martini is an excellent drink for anyone who is even mildly enamoured with chocolate. My favourite is the clear version with shaved chocolate on top, but I’ve included the creamier recipe as well as other tasty tidbit toppings.

Martini glass, of course.

Clear Chocolate Martini
1 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz chocolate liquer
Shake in martini mixer with ice. Pour into martini glass.
Creamy Chocolate Martini
1.5 oz regular vodka
1 oz creme de cacao
Shake in martini mixer with ice. Pour into martini glass.

Float: Shaved chocolate, cocoa beans, coffee beans. You could also plunge a cherry into it if you are so inclined.
