Mister D:I’ve known Spence since he was an obnoxious little Bettehead boy and now he’s all grown up, well mannered – at least to me! -and doing what he loves to do -and he’s learned from Miss M about giving back to the community. His project is for a great cause, so if we can all donate a little (some a lot), we can make a difference. Hell, I’m broke and I’m going to donate as soon as I post this. Hi!!!
It’s Spencer here and I just wanted to let you know that, for the second year in a row, we’re bringing Team Buckët back to AIDSWalk. Last year, our team raised around $1,792 -just shy of $2,000. This year marks the 20th Anniversary of the Kansas City event and therefore, our goal is to reach $2,000 or more! You can donate by sending check/cash at the mailing address I’ve included but the EASIEST, FASTEST, and most RELIABLE way is to donate at our online site. All of the money goes directly to the Kansas City AIDSWalk.
If you want to be on our team and help raise money on your own, you can visit the web address and create your own fundraising page. The actual walk takes place on Saturday, April 26th -so we have some time! However, this coming Thursday, the 24th, is the AIDSWalk Kick-Off Party held at Bar Natasha from 5pm-7pm.
